The event takes place on the main promenade with the sea swim just to the left of the 'Surf Reef'. Swimmers can expect a couple of waves but nothing too worrying! The transition area is in front of the shower / toilet block with a 50 meter bike out on to the Boscombe beach roundabout. It's then a short but steep climb out and on to the coast road and towards the turn point at Henglesbury Head. The bike course has a short climb at either end and is flat for the most part. The run is a flat as a pancake and is a simple out and back along the sea font promenade making for a great race venue....
