Shoppers are in for a treat this weekend when they visit the Sovereign Shopping Centre! Peppa Pig is popping into the Boscombe-based Centre on Saturday at intervals between 12pm and 4pm, to meet her fans.

Peppa Pig will be making personal appearances, on the bandstand, at this FREE event and there will be the opportunity for little ones to have their photo taken with the loveable character. Please bear in the mind, the event is on a first come first served basis and limited spaces are available.

Centre Manager Ray McGlynn said: “We are really looking forward to Peppa Pig visiting the Centre. She is a very popular character, and we hope lots of children will come and meet her.”

The Octonauts are coming to Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park! The team of undersea adventure heroes from CBeebies will embark on an exciting new mission of fun-filled events and activities from 25 May - 29 September. 

Dive into action with Captain Barnacles and his crew, Peso and Kwazii. You will become an Octonaut roaming the ocean in search of adventure and fun; help the talented critters to embark on new missions and take part in the Quiz Trail. There's even the opportunity to get your photo taken with members of the crew!

Hand to Mouth Theatre present a nourishing bean-feast of stories in the Beanstalk Cafe, including the sweet and sour tale of The Old Woman in a Vinegar Bottle, and a tasty take on Jack and the Beanstalk. Watch and giggle as two full-grown adults play with their food as they search for the recipe for the perfect story.

The fringe events kick off at Southbourne with sportBU and Strawberry Fields running a series of free activities at the beach and high street.
